　　6.静电放电(ESD)试验
　　7.安全性能试验 (如过充电保护,过放电保护,短路保护性能)
　　8.电池安全要求 (如重物冲击,热冲击,过充电,过放电,大电流放电,短路,挤压,强制放电)
　　电池CB测试要求
　　1. Continuous low-rate charging:按制造商规定的方法充电28天
　　接受准则:no fire, no explosion, no leakage.
　　2. Vibration:模拟运输时引起的振动
　　接受准则:no fire, no explosion, no leakage.
　　3. Moulded case stress at high ambient temperature:当电池在高环境温度下使用不能暴露内部组件
　　接受准则:No physical distortion of the battery case resulting in exposure of internal components.
　　4. Temperature cycling:电池交替暴露在高温和低温中不能着火或爆炸
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion, no leakage.
　　5. Incorrect installation of a cell (nickel systems only):模拟使用时不正确的安装方式
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion.
　　6. External short circuit:短路正极和负极不能着火或爆炸
　　7. Free fall:电池从1m高度跌落至地板不能着火或爆炸
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion.
　　8. Mechanical shock (crash hazard):模拟运输或处理期间遇到的冲击,不能着火或爆炸,或泄漏
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion, no leakage.
　　9. Thermal abuse:当电池在一个极高的温度(130度)下不能着火或爆炸
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion.
　　10. Crushing of cells:给一个13KN的力对电池进行挤压,不能着火或爆炸
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion.
　　11. Low pressure:模拟在空运时遇到的低气压(11.6Kp),不能着火或爆炸
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion, no leakage.
　　12. Overcharge for nickel systems:以2.5倍额定电流充电至额定容量的250%
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion.
　　13. Overcharge for lithium systems:按制造商给定充电方式进行较长时间充电,不能着火或爆炸
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion.
　　14. Forced discharge:含有多个电芯的器具中的单个电芯要承受极性反向,不能着火或爆炸
　　接受准则:No fire, no explosion.
　　15. Cell protection against a high charging rate (lithium systems only):充电器发生故障或电芯并联的电池组中的电芯受到过大的充电电流,不能着火或爆炸
